Our visit was not a service problem as everyone is friendly and attentive but rather more a matter of kitchen coordination across mutliple chefs as many places do not have a dedicated kitchen manager bringing all the orders together with the right timing. The eggplant is like chicken or veal parm - deep fried bread crumb coated slices, not the typical layered and baked dish served most places. It all came back in short order and was very hot.
When the food arrived my wife's meal was cold (both the eggplant planks and pasta) and had to be sent back along with my fries.
